Do not visit the office in west Mobile. My step father is 92 and has a hard time getting out. My 83 year old mother drove an hour to get him there because he has cancer eating away at his ear badly. He had forgot to bring his wallet. He is a patient there and they have all his information but because he couldn’t produce it again right then they refused to see him. Dr Bender and his team inspired confidence and trust immediately. Calm, totally professional,yet caring. This office is in the "practice" of medicine rather than the "business" of medicine. Totally worth the extra few minutes it took to drive to Daphne. Highly recommend. Spent plenty of time with me and did not rush. Office itself wasn't fancy, but it doesn't need to be since it is filled with top tier professionals.
Very friendly staff, Professional yet very personable , high quality care
I have been seeing Dr. Bender for several years yes he is a busy doctor but he always takes the time to explain everything and to check and see if I have any questions. The wait was a little longer but that is to be expected when he has so many patients. I would recommend him if your looking for the best he knows what he is doing.
My first appointment was six months ago. Since then, I've had several appoints with Dr. Thomas Bender. I have found him professional, kind, compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. He does not give the appearance to be in a rush, even though I know his has many patients waiting, and will answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Bender to anyone who is in need of a dermatologist.
