Excellent service! The office staff was friendly even during the virus lockdown, when everyone had on a mask, My visit was on time (as usual), and the staff made every effort to make the visit as "normal" as possible!! And my Dentist never changes! I am delighted to have a Dentist that explains all procedures, so you are aware of what to expect!!!

Dear All, My dental appointment went rather smooth, considering all the COVID-19 protocols and procedures to prevent/slow down the spread of the pandemic. It was exciting to experience the dental office "New Normal". From the staff surgery blues, to the questionnaire, masks, and additional measures enacted made me feel at ease. Hello, I have been going to Dr Arnold for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. I've always received the best care. I have a lot of dental issues due to lichen plantus, and clenching of my jaw, due to these complications I am at the dentist quite often and I have received care that is unmatchable. I recommend Dr Arnold to all my family and friends each and every time they need a dentist.
Went for a deep clean, Claudia my hygienist was wonderful, explained everything that was going to be done, patient attentive and knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next visit.
The receptionist was so pleasant, and the person who worked on my mouth was quite competent and helpful. The office is a great representation of Detroit City!
