Very friendly and professional. Took their time with cleaning, exam and wasn't a long wait to get in the chair.
I’ve always had a great experience and my teeth have gone through a lot. The staff is professional and cheerful. I always look forward to seeing them all. I have been going to this practice for about 18 years.
Dr Arnolds and Wilson office is a great dental office The staff are extremely kind and caring. Janet Ashley and both receptionists are so professional and helpful. Ive been going there for 30 years so you know its good.
It has been more than a year that I visited the Dentist due to the Covid -19 pandemic. However, my visit on 3/29/2021 was inevitable, I had no option but to visit, it was overdue. At the exterior entrance into the main building was a canopy with a staff that screen every incoming patient's temperature, ask questions that relate to Covid preventative measures before allowed into the main office. I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone I interacted with (reception staff, dental hygienists, dentist) was extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about their patients. I received excellent service and advice, and felt very safe even during the pandemic (they have great COVID safety measures in place).
My cleaning was thorough and painless! Anne has a very delicate and gentle touch. Her work is excellent!! She made me feel very comfortable and reassured. Anne is a GREAT addition!
