Dr. Alfreda and his staff are Uh-Mazing! My husband and I both see him. His services as a concierge doctor are well worth the price for us. We can always get in to see him within a day if needed, rarely wait over 10 minutes to get into a room and always get as much time with him as needed. I pay the membership fees to be a patient of Dr. A. Although , it’s quite expensive, it’s worth every penny! The staff is amazing! I have medical care in the palm of my hand! Every issue I’ve every had was taken care of immediately! I’ve made up my mind to extend my membership another year! Dr Alfreda is NOT a joke as the comment above this one states! His practice clearly lays out the rules and expectations! Nothing is hidden!
I love Dr. Alfreda, but Kathryn is rude and condescending. We’ve seen Dr. Alfreda for 7 years. We fell behind on the 275.00 a month payments when my brother passed away. I tried to get a payment plan to get back on track, and Kathryn lied about what was discussed. When I asked about a charge we agreed not to run until later, she discharged us and now we have to find another doctor. And Dr. Alfreda will not call us back. He is a great doctor. I don't like that we have to pay $150 to see him., I also have to call his staff to get my yearly medical done.
Dr. Alfreda is a highly educated and caring doctor. He helped through several surgeries, illnesses and the passing of my husband. I highly recommend Dr. Alfreda, he is the best.

Excellent Doctor! By far the best i’ve seen! As a former pro athelete i have seen my share of doctors and Dr.Alfreda is by far the most thorough and competent. I would recommend anyone looking for a sharp up to date Dr to choose Dr.Alfreda. Plus his office is beyond beautiful :)
This doctor is a joke! It clearly says he accepts my insurance but yet I cannot see him without joining a $2500 a year membership. I only see a doctor a couple times a year, so on top of my outrageous monthly insurance premium I have to pay this greedy doctor $2500 a year just to see him. So technically he really doesnt accept my insurance even though he is on my plan!
I can't thank Dr. Alfreda enough for taking care of me at Summerlyn Hospital when I was rushed over there from work on August 11, 2017. It was a Friday and he was in my room that entire weekend. His bedside manner was fantastic. Thank you so much for your care.
