I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Thi Le’s clinic. I made an appointment over a week in advance and planned my schedule around it. However, just one day before my appointment, I received a call informing me that it had been cancelled. This last-minute cancellation is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time and commitments.
