I have been going here for several years now. I went to multiple other practitioners that were less than desirable. Both Doctors are reputable, easy to talk to, listen well, thorough, and compassionate. The entire staff is always kind and attentive. I have never once felt rushed or had to wait an extraordinary amount of time to be seen.
Terrible bed side manor, doesn’t care how late her office is running. Office staff likes to act like they know what is wrong with you more than you do. Both of my interactions with this office and it’s staff were terrible. Rude and argumentative not once but twice... Too much drama for medical care.
Dr. Cooper saved my life, literally. After going to a different doctor for a couple of years, who couldn’t figure out what was wrong, I tried Dr. Cooper. This first visit she ran some tests, figured out what it was, put me on a medication and not only am I alive, I feel normal again! I’ve been going to her for a couple of years now and am so grateful to her and the caring staff. Now my mom goes to her too!
This clinic turned me away. I tried to do the right thing and send them a list of items I'd like to be seen about including PRP for injuries and they told me since they couldn't see me for some of my other issues that I wouldn't be a good fit at this clinic. I tried to tell them that I'd still like to be seen for the PRP and for general family practice issues, but they continued saying I wouldn't be a good fit. I waited a month and a half for this appointment and they cancell
The entire experience was professional, friendly and enjoyable. Dr. Cooper along with her staff spent quality time both before, during and after a procedure I had done. I was most impressed and would highly recommend Dr Cooper to anyone. I don't see a physician very often but will certainly return to her in the future.
