The front office staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. Our hygienist Lynne is a dental care expert who misses nothing! Dr. Herald has worked with both of us on everything from preventive care through crowns. I have been going to Dr. Herald since he started practicing in the Verde Valley. His soft touch and professionalism is 5 star and the office staff and hygienist are the best. Thanks Lynn, great job, my teeth are squeaky clean again.

Lynn is Excellent! I have been seeing Lynn Bouchard for a number of years. Without fail, she has been capable, professional, and excellent at her job. She makes my procedures as pleasant as possible, and she has helped me keep teeth that others recommended pulling. Lynn is the reason I have stayed with Dr. Herald's practice.
