Another great experience I know. . .how many people say that about their 6-month teeth cleaning? But I'm always impressed by Dr. Herald's practice, and Lynn is the best hygeinist ever. Stephanie at the front is awesome.
On Time/Friendly/Great Care Not once have I ever had to wait past appt time. Always friendly, quick, encouraging and helpful. Before I saw Dr. Herald and his staff, I quit going to the dentist out of fear and just horrific experiences. He made me feel so relaxed I caught myself falling asleep while getting a filling. The office is very clean, modern and gives you a relaxed feeling not a scary one. Id recommend them to anyone. They wont disappoint!!

Dr Herald and all of his staff are so great! I usually get stressed/anxious having dental work done but i've had cleanings and a filling done here and every time they're gentle and patient and I can easily relax.

Dr. Herald is the best dentist in Cottonwood, hands down. I am only 20 and scared of needles. He is very gentle and puts my mind at ease. My last appt was a cavity full, and I felt nothing. I highly recommend Dr. Herald to everyone!
I have been to many dentists in my lifetime and I can honestly say that my experience with Dr. Herald and his staff has been an exceptionally good one. I have been to dentists that charge less but the time and quality of work ended up costing me more down the road - wasn't worth it! I have also been to dentists who want to "fix" every little imperfection- although well-meaning (maybe), it was costly and did not make a difference to me as the work that was done made no difference. I drive up from PHX AZ BECAUSE DR. HERALD DENTAL PRACTICE IS THE VERY BEST IN AZ AREA. UP TO DATE ON ALL NEW PROCEDURES OUTSTANDING CONCLUSION TO ALL HIS WORK. PAINLESS. HE FOUND MOUTH CANCER IN MY HUSBAND AND WAS SO PROACTIVE HE IS 9 YEARS OUT. I KNOCKED MY FRONT TOOTH OUT CHRISTMAS EVE. OPEDED OFFICE SAVED TOOTH. 6 YEARS NOW. STAFF A # ONE.
