The first time I stopped by to ask some questions, and everyone was there to help! The greeting alone made me feel quite comfortable! So from there I made my first appt for Dr. Herald to evaluate me. He really took the time and did a thorough evaluation and what needed to be done...starting with a cleaning. I came back a week later and Machelle took care of me. Crowning moment Dr. Herald and his staff are amazing! I had to have a crown put on and Dr. Herald did a wonderful job! You can't even tell that it's not my real tooth!! And on top of that I received a call the next morning to check on me and see how I was doing. It was a great experience!

I needed a quick check on a toothache on a Thursday afternoon and they got me in on Friday at lunch time. They were most professional and helpful. When I arrived they were ready fo me and there was only a few minutes of waiting time (very unusual in Cottonwood). Dr. Herald was very pleasant and very professional with a great sense of humor. I am very impressed and happy with the services.
