Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They seem to worry about the little reasons you are there but not the main reason. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
