They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Dr. Clements has a calm and quiet demeanor. He has always provided sound medical advice, and treated me with respect. He tells it like it is, explains all the options, and lets me decide what course of treatment is best for me.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much
