I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
