STAY AWAY! My recent stay at a rental property managed by Vacasa California, booked through Airbnb, was an absolute nightmare. I feel compelled to share my dreadful experience to warn others about the subpar quality and lack of customer service. We’ve rented units 3 & 4 multiple times over the past 10 years. We stayed twice this year for 7days each time. Our experience was much different than past in a negative way. For how much you pay to stay here beach side there are many properties and management companies to choose from. Vacasa took over this property in 2022, and I’m not sure about if owners have changed?
