Dr Sherraden is the best of the best. Unfortunately he's now retired & was when that negative review was written. Sherraden is what every doctor should be, had a model practice & staff *before it was consolidated with TMH.* One of 2 best doctors I've ever had. That whole practice managed now by TMH has serious problems. I could write more horror stories than the negative reviewer but that's a separate one.
Worst experience with a doctor's office I have ever had. After first call to make appointment in August, and their promise to call back to schedule appointment it took over 2 months for a call back and that was after repeated calls from my primary care doctor trying to help. At appointment, labs were needed and I have the location of the lab to the PA who then sent the request to the wrong lab (found this out after a 30 minute wait).
