Went in for a yearly physical. Discussed my health. And found out I was charged a Co-pay 6 months later. It is too bad you have to be careful what you discuss with your Primary Care Physician!
I saw Dr. Barbee about my knee and she jumped on me getting a MRI for my knee. She listened and was very helpful!
I have been a patient here for over three years. I am so beyond disappointment and hurt. I’ve referred multiple people here. My spouse was given 9:45 appointment with 9:30 check in we arrive at 9:35 and they refused to see her after being in the hospital for a ear drum infection in her only hearing ear. my spouse is deaf in her other ear due to a tumor as a child. I waited over 30 minutes in the exam room before Dr. Barbee arrived. She spent less than 10 minutes with me and this was my initial visit with her. I had dropped off the patient background information a week prior to my appointment (instructions say to drop off before appointment so the information can be reviewed by the doctor), but it seemed like it was the first time Dr. Barbee was reading it. Called to book the appointment & was on hold for 15 mins with no answer. I called back 3 times again to book the appointment & they have no information about me which I already gave them on the first call. They also said we are just 2 people here working, it is busy day. Billing Fraud This office will scam you. They will charge you and your insurance company for "diagnostics"so they can make money. They will try and try to give you referrals so they can charge a referral fee. They do not care about you as a patient. I Urge you to find a better physician who cares about you.
She is a very caring doctor and takes her time with you...the problem is getting in. I have b en a patient for over 3 years and if you asked me then, I would highly recommend her. That is not the case anymore. I don’t know if it is the practice has grown to where it is unmanageable, but I have waited 2 hours to get in a room and then waited another 15 minutes once the nurse has l for the room to get Dr. Office staff is he worst and she continues to make bad staff hires as time goes on. I’m out!
