I strongly advise against visiting this dental clinic — completely unprofessional and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I had an appointment on August 4, 2025, at 12:50 PM, at: 1701 Lundy Ave #150, San Jose, CA 95131. I’m not new to dental cleanings, so I know what to expect. But this visit was extremely disappointing. Dr. Luo barely looked at my teeth, rushed through the cleaning in under 30 minutes, and was so careless that I had to assist and adjust myself during the process. Avoid!! Waste of time and terrible experience! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr. Kinaga seemed to prefer cleaning teeth and is not comfortable with common treatments. As if it wasn't bad enough, after the appointment the staff made mistakes in billing and tried to make me pay for the treatment I did not receive. Good thing I checked. Dr. Kinaga and his associate, Dr. Cao, are great dentists at this clinic. They have practiced for over 20 years after graduating from well-known dental schools as UOP and UCSF. His clinic has provided wonderful service and I much recommend it for your dental treatment there.
Advise for deep cleaning which just did half year ago. Always advise for more services and more money.
