Can never get through to his scheduler and she won't return calls. This has been ongoing for a over a month. Have been trying for a week to schedule a follow up and get a prescription to no avail!
I have been going to see Dr.Philips and his Care team for over a year and I absolutely Love the Care I’ve received. I have been setting here waiting since 11:30. It’s now 12:59! Everyone around me has gone in and left. I asked if my file got lost twice because I’m still setting here waiting to be seen. I checked with the desk again after a gentleman that had an 1:00 o’clock appointment went ahead of me and am told someone else is going to see me because my doctor is on vacation this week! I had an appointment today and I needed help, the meds aren't working. I tell his PA I haven't slept more than a few hours in days because of the incredible pain, and she tells me they won't let me change meds or doses. She didn't even want to sit down, she knew these appointment were a sham. Seeing a doctor every month is a waste of time, money, and pain. Would leave 0 for his office staff and procedures if i could. Can’ get call backs and cant get a person to talk to. Do you really want this level of service and treatment? I certainly don’t!
Dr. Phillips helped me with back pain and debilitating muscle spasms with a same-day appointment. He did an epidural injection to my spine immediately following my consultation. Since I live a 2-hour drive out of the city, I very much appreciated this. After 2 solid weeks of screaming pain, the spasms eased and didn't experience any more. I did return for 2 more epidural injections and was then referred to a spine surgeon for further treatment. Thank you Dr. Phillips!

I am back to screaming pain again. Sleeping a couple hours at a time has taken its toll. I was only given tramadol and was never completely out of pain. I got upset and the doctor dumped me with a certified letter. I just wanted the appointment and got nothing but attitude and being barred from my records. I have made a promise to them and advised they would be named in the action. I refuse to live my life in pain. I have NEVER failed a drug test and have stopped meds on my own when I could tolerate the level of pain. This o... read more
