Pleased as Punch Dr. Gaddy is the best dentist I have ever had and I have had several very good dentists over the years because of moving from state to state. No only is she the best but her staff is fabulous and the facility state of the art.
bad experience She missed a problem I had with a tooth after I had complained about pain. She said she would put it on her watch list, then it broke in half on holiday. I had to find an emergency dentist out of town on a weekend. I called and told her office of the problem, got lukewarm response! She didn't even have the decency to call me personally and appologize. I am very disapointed!
This place is amazing! Since opening their doors my family and I have only had the opportunity to visit a couple of times (lucky us!) but have had good experiences each time. We were able to make appointments that fit into our schedule and we did not have to wait months for those appointments. The dentist we saw was extremely personable, thorough, and answered all of our questions.
