This doctor is outstanding. When I arrived for my first consultation she already knew all my medical records in extreme detail. In all the years that I have seen several doctors for various things. I have never experienced one that does so much research before your first consultation.. She spent a good deal of time with me. She went over all details and different thoughts how to solve my problem with hives. Dr Copeland is the most thorough, attentive, competent, thoughtful, caring doctor that I have ever seen.
This was my very first visit to Dr. Copeland. I thought I was visiting a doctor, but I was pleasantly surprised when I found a friend; an attentive patient friend. Dr. Copeland is an excellent listener. She took notes with pen and paper as she asked questions looking at me and not buried in a lap top. After listening to me, she examined me with such gentleness and care. Her soothing voice is most calming. Dr. Copeland’s nurse, Marlaena (forgive spelling) is equally as wonderful and attentive. MR
Dr. Copeland did allergy testing on me. It was clear that she had taken the time before my exam to familiarize herself with all my medical records. I was very impressed with how much time she spent with me and how thorough she was with her explanations regarding my diagnosis. She and her staff had excellent bedside manner. A few days after my exam, I received a two page followup letter that reviewed the exam and all we had talked about, with suggestions for care in the future. Wow!
Very professional, thorough, explains what she's doing, why, what to expect and how she determines the results. Plan on taking my mom to her shortly and wouldn't trust my mom with just anyone!
