My dad got a pure bread beagle puppy in excellent health, took it to get its first puppy shots and then late that night it got sick. The next morning as soon as they open he takes him back to them and they diagnose it as parvo. They gave him 2 options, to pay $1000 to treat him or pay $140 to turn him over to their care so they can still treat him and then sell him to someone else. My family has taken our animals here for years and I always am very appreciative of them. They are very upfront with expectations, possible outcomes, and pricing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with all of the receptionists and techs being kind and knowledgable. We usually work with Dr. Wolfe who is amazing, and had our first interaction with Dr. Whitfill who was also fantastic. I highly recommend taking your pets to such an awesome team.
We have a house full of Great Danes and have used Will’s for years. They are absolutely amazing! We have lost 2 Danes in the past 3 years and Dr. Garvin’s professionalism and kindness can’t be complimented enough. We lost one during labor and the other just today at our home with the assistance of Dr. Garvin and her tech. The staff is amazing all around. They truly care about your pets. Recommend all the way!
