I moved from the Bay Area almost two years ago. I kept teling myself, I needed to find a dentsit. Finally last month, I started having problems and decised to start looking for a local dentist. I decided on Dr. Teresa, because she discribed herself as a homeopathic practitioner, and that really appealed to me. I was given the most thorough exam, I have ever received. Went in for my routine cleaning but was having some pain in a certain area. Discussed with hygienist who investigated that area, discovered a small blister and explained that due to it's location, it likely wasn't a tooth problem but a tissue infection. No root canal! Yay! She asked Dr. Isbell to check it out and the doctor suggested an ozone gas shot delivered to that area to kill any bacteria. My evaluation with Dr. Isbell was more involved than I anticipated. I learned new information about my teeth as well as their relationship to the rest of my body. The depth and breadth of the knowledge she shared was beyond what I've experienced with any other dentist during my lifetime. I actually almost look forward to the work to be done :).
These ladies are always so sweet. I HATE the dentist and I actually will keep my appointments here... That's saying a lot.
