She was so kind and helped me understand things better and helped join an already large treatment group as I have a systemic condition. She’s very willing to work with other doctors to help me be my best self!
During my appt with her she actually yelled at me and told me to focus and try listening to her! I told that she needed to repeat the question which was worded differently the second time. I actually told her that I was leaving in the middle of the appt. She became nicer at that point. I had to ask her what her diagnosis was for me since she wasn't clear. She was extremely rude and condescending. I told the receptionist that I would not be returning. Don't waste your time with her.

SHE REALLY CARES! I WAS HER PATIENT FROM 2002-2015. DR NOWAK IS THE ONLY DOCTOR I TRUSTED FOR MY KNEES FLUID EXTRACTIONS AND PAIN SHOTS!!! THATS HOW MUCH SHE CARED!!!
The WORST experience of my life. She spent first 15 minutes complaining of the government and her job and suggested I ask the government what test I should need. Then stated she didnt have time to hear all my Sx as she had other patients. Every 5 mins the nurse knocked on the door telling her next patient waiting. Dismissive, uncaring, cold, unhappy with her job, rushing me although she was ten minutes late, did not read my medical Hx yet prescribed a med then said find a new Dr. Im leaving.
This was the all time worst medical doctor I have ever had the misfortune to experience and the only provider I have ever taken the time and effort to report to my medical insurance company. She was very short and rude, extremely non-collaborative and came across as highly impatient and uncaring. 0 points on the empathy scale! My sole reason for writing this review is my hope to spare others the awful experience I had.
Rude, aggressive, dismissive.
Provides wonderful care to her patients! I have been seeing Dr. Klich-Nowak for approx. 18 years. She cares about her patients and does an incredible job with following up on test results. It's rare to find a doctor that takes pride in providing her patients with the very best care.
