3rd Appt: "Have we met? Well, I do not remember you." She hadn't read my file before entering the room. She asked how many nights in the last week I had trouble sleeping. I said half. She said "Half means 3.5 days. That's not an answer." "How long does your stiffness last in the morning?" "I have said more than once that I do not have stiffness in the morning." I was berated, in all three appointments, for not providing the detailed information she wanted and was told "I cannot help you if you won't answer questions. That is... read more
Dr Nowak was thorough and spent time to explain all issues surrounding my illness.
Dr. Nowak is very knowledgeable and personable. She gave of her time selflessly. My medical issues are complex and interconnected. I came out of this, my first meeting with her, confident that she could and would provide first-rate care for all my needs and any that might arise in the future.
I had my first patient appointment with this doctor, who had taken over for my doctor that retired. She entered the room, did not introduce her self and, went on to say to me very rudely “you have not been here for two years what do you want me to do for you” before I could even get a word out, she rudely said it’s been two years I have nothing on you what do you expect me to do for you. At that point, I said nothing and I left the appointment. After looking at many reviews she certainly has a lot of one stars, and they all ... read more
I’d give ZERO stars if it was an option! RUDE doesn’t begin to describe this person! I don’t think I got a full sentence out at my appt.! She came in very late and made no apologies for it. She told me “you were born this way. I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. When I called to schedule my appt I was told she treats my condition! This was a new diagnosis for me.. I was/am still learning about it. When I wouldn’t answer a question she asked me she clapped her hands in my face and yelled at me all while I had my to... read more
Excellent! I highly recommend Dr. Klich-Nowak!
This doctor is only in it for the money. Her own practice was closed down in 2018 at which point she joined Cooley Dickinson. Even with piles of abnormal lab results very symptomatic patient and progressing decline of Health she throws her hands up in the air after being wrong about a diagnosis proven through biopsies. She said that there is nothing more that she can do for me based on what her knowledge allows. I wasted a year with this provider I'm sicker and still have abnormal Labs every single time my blood is drawn.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Nowak for several years. In the time I’ve been her patient I’ve referred her to my friends and family and everyone is very, very happy with her. She’s very personable, caring, and committed to her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Klich-Nowak.
Very Through. Investigative and informative. She talks with her parents rather than at them, and listens to them. She always she well prepared for my visits, and aware of all of m health conditions!
