First of all, I don't know why someone would give a doctor in a hospital system a 1-star rating solely based on a receptionist outside of that doctor's control, but major eye roll for that. As for my experience, I was almost in tears by how well my appointment went. Prior to this appointment, I had an appointment with a dermatologist with Jefferson Medicine.
