Don't like this place. Staff make you feel unimportant
I had a really positive experience at a different location. However this clinic, the personal misspelled my last name on my prescription, resulting in a very long wait for replacement glasses. They are understaffed, when I finally went to pick up my prescription. The woman who helped me mashed my lenses in, bend the frames, didn’t adjust the glasses. Handed them back dirty. In addition to this there was a long wait in office, when they took another customer who walked in and sat down after me. They were passive aggressive. K... read more
