Great place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Big selection of frames including designer. They accept most insurances. I recommend this place to everyone
Excellent care by Dr Porzio and the staff
I had a very bad experience at this Dr. Tavel location. No one greets you or gives instructions when you first walk in for starters. All staff were rude, with the exception of Paige who helped me pick out my glasses lens and checked me out. But the most surprising thing was how rude and unprofessional Dr. Lisa Patterson was. With her being a doctor, I expected better customer service. Aside from her being rude she was also disrespectful and sarcastic when I asked simple questions anyone would want to know.
