I had a great experience until there was a miscommunication with the prices with my insurance and the exams and frames copay. I was speaking with one associate that I spoke with in the beginning when I first came in then the other associate that I was with at the end name was Bree Dafne. They were very friendly and helpful
I had a regular exam scheduled and the staff were very nice, informative and helpful. However, Dr. Patterson was extremely rude and condescending towards me for a reason I could not find. I was never rude, unreasonable etc. During my exam with her, she asked me what 2 slides appeared more clear between 1 & 2. For a moment I couldn’t decide and let her know I was unsure and they seemed the same to me.
