my experience was great. I got there a bit early. there was only about a 5min wait in lobby before my pre exam(picture of eyes, air puff & distance). then about a 3min wait in actual exam room. the optometrist was kind and she thoroughly explained everything. The staff here is wonderful everytime I come, I feel like I'm visiting with my family, the optometrist is very personable and knowledgeable. I trust her and the staff with my eye care and will continue to be a valued client
Dr.Tavel is an Amazing eye care facility. I and my two children had an appointment yesterday and the employee that handled our paperwork and payment gave me a difficult time, took way longer than expected and was also rude. Other than her the E.38th location is amazing.
