Not particularly satisfied with my exam or pick up. Tech literally argued with me about the glasses I picked smh. Called over another tech to get her opinion on the glasses I selected. Oh I'm sorry prior to that the doctor totally shamed my eye health....like literally guilted me. Told me I'd go blind eventually if I didn't take a break from cobtacts. Dr Gibson and the whole front desk are phenomenal and very professional, very helpful and very knowledgeable! She helped me choose the right frame for my glasses and UV protection etc. She even knows what frames fit and style to your liking, honest options and she was right. What's cool is you get to see the back of your eye! Also, I had a medical emergency on one eye and got treated the same day! I highly recommend this location! 10/10.
My Father & I had the pleasures of meeting Dr. Sara Gibson and Kimberly. They both were two very highly educated women about Eyes and the Eye wear or as I say the jewelry of glasses. This experience has been one of best and that’s why we continue to bring our service to this location. Thank you for all you both do in the eye glass world!
The entire team is extremely knowledgeable. They’re patient and answered all my questions gently. My daughter was upset she didn’t need glasses and they comforted her when she was upset.
This office is amazing!! I called them with something urgent and they saw me right away, made sure that my insurance would cover everything and that I was taken care of. Dr. Gibson is a fantastic doctor, she was so sweet and genuinely caring. She welcomed me with a huge smile and explained everything to me for my condition. She immediately booked me a follow up appointment to keep monitoring my condition closely. If only every doctor made it this easy to deal with emergencies.
