Aweful place to do business with. First time there wrong prescription had to go back only to be told well you'll eventually need that much later. So because of insurance I try them again. Something comes up and need to reschedule only to be put on hold for 20 minutes finally just hung up and figured out a way to make it to the appointment.Get there only to be told they didn't have an appointment for me scheduled and they would have to 'fit' me in. The Worst Eye Dr Experience – DO NOT GO TO DR. TAVEL! First of all, this is a chain of eye doctor's throughout Indiana. The Dr. you will see in Muncie is Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones is one of the worst Drs I have EVER encountered! He mumbles when he speaks and acts like he could care less to be there. It honestly felt like I was being punked the entire time I was there- that is how horrible it is. He misdiagnosed me the first time and I had to go back for another horrible experience with him. Having said that, we offered a full refund to the patient for both their glasses and their exam. The patient has accepted this as a satisfactory resolution.
