Not Happy! 15min before my appointment I got a call from Dr. Travel Eye Care telling me they didn't have authorization for my insurance and were unable to get it until the website was back up. Before I even made this appointment I called to verify they did take my insurance. They had asked me if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. NO I don't want to reschedule!! I am on my way now!! We had a bad experience. We won't go back. We got glasses last year. My husbands never fit him right they were lop-sided on his face and they never fixed them. One of the arms on my glasses fell off after only three days of wearing them. Granted they fixed, They said if it happened again they would not. Just horrible customer service.

I can see now Very good service here. The doctor was extremly nice and worked really hard to make sure I got the precription that was right for me. I even got a buy one get one free deal!
