Avoid dr. Tavel at all costs!! DO NOT GO TO DR. TAVEL! First of all, this is a chain of eye doctor's throughout Indiana. The Dr. you will see in Muncie is Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones is one of the worst Drs I have EVER encountered! He mumbles when he speaks and acts like he could care less to be there. Not Happy I am getting ready to buy new glasses, however I will not consider Dr. Tavel again. I bought glasses there last year within the first 3 weeks the right linse just fell out, the screw was not lose, that leads me to belive it wasn't put in right in the first place,it left a large scrach and the store would not do anything about it unless I wanted to pay over $80.00 to replace it. This was my first pair of glasses and I think that was very pore custermer service. I would not advise anyone to go there. Dan Brown
