I have been a patient of Dr. Tatyana Gorokhov for 10+ years. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. She really takes her time, listens, and make her patients feel comfortable. Her medical knowledge and advice have always been sound and in my best interest. I have also met her husband, Mr. Gorokov. He is also very nice and caring. They are a great team.
Unfortunately, I didn’t see a doctor. As a new patient, I made an appointment but a few days later I was asked to reschedule the appointed day. When I arrived at the rescheduled appointed time at the office, from Midtown to Tucker, I found out that I need to call my insurance company and approve the doctor as a Primary. The call took almost 40 minutes and unfortunately was cut off . No one at the reception desk apologized to me or tried to correct their mistake. What a terrible service!
I went in for a physical and the doctor was friendly. They charge you for everything though! The doctor asked me how I was doing and I told her everything was good except for a dermatological issue. We spoke about it for a minute and without knowing they charged me for it. When I called to ask about the extra fee, I was told by the receptionist, "The doctor will ask you how you are doing, but it depends on how you respond and you are billed based on your response."
I love Dr Gorokhov! I can't say enough good things about her or her staff. She listens and listens intently, is very patient, and offers solutions. She never makes me feel like I am taking up her time. She will ask about whatever my condition is, and explain diagnosis, treatment or anything else needed without feeling rushed. The staff is always friendly and always get back to me if I have any questions for the doctor when I can't be there. 5 stars!

Dr. Gorokhov is awesome! She is very easy to work with and her staff is amazing! Keep up the great work!
