I have been a patient of Dr. Taytiana for 20 years. The genuine care that she shows is remarkable. She follows up on every appointment and you have her complete attention during your visit. She wants an update on your family medical history to ensure that she notes it in your file. The day the office notified me that she had retired I cried like a baby. Would not let me see the doctor even though I had an appointment, Saying I will see the practitioner instead because I am a new patient , though I have been going 20 years, garbage
Dr. Tatyana Gorokhov is very nice and knowledgeable, but her front desk staff and billing department ruined my experience completely. I went there for my annual routine exam and I was told over the phone prior my visit that they accept my insurance plan. At the time of the visit they said the visit was covered and nobody said anything about being out-of network. The staff at this office is rude. They are difficult to deal with and they give you attitude. The doctor is nice and helpful, but we will be changing the doctor because of how incompetent their office is.
I see Dr. Tatyana Gorokhov since 2000. She remembers not only my medical history but my family members as well. She is very knowledgeable and always up to date to the news in medical research. She takes time to patiently listen a patient and answer to concerns. Dr. Tatyana Gorokhov also has awesome personality and I feel very comfortable during the visit and positive and encouraging after it.
Receptionist is awful. She definitely is angry, aggressive and super rude. She has zero skills to communicate with people and ruins Dr. Gorokhov's reputation. Thanks to her I'm sure parents are leaving and many even has no chance to meet with doctor (like my family). So unfortunate that She is the face of this clinic.
I like both Dr. G and her staff. I am not sure why people are saying the staff is rude, when they have always been extra nice to me. I always have a pleasant experience with everyone allocating enough time and catering to my needs. Dr. G and her staff are always willing to hear me out regarding my issues even if I can't go in person and need assistance via phone. Dr. G really does her research and answers all questions. I highly recommend their office.
Dr. G is awesome. She takes time with her patients. Explains what is going on in basic terms, but you can tell she has done her research. Provides her recommendations, but involves you in your healthcare decisions. Very open to trying diet, exercise, and vitamins prior to prescribing meds. Due to this, my health has improved vastly under her care.
The doctor is great, but the receptionist needs to change her attitude or our family will have to find another doctor. I don’t know what is her problem, but she is constantly irritated. The doctor told me and my mom that we both need to schedule an appointment for the next week, she insisted that the doctor told to schedule an appointment just for me, she was incredibly rude at that time.
