I have been a patient of Dr. Rodgers for a number of years. At my recent annual exam she referred me to a hand specialist to have my finger evaluated. The problem was either due to arthritis or a possible cyst. The doctor was impressed with her opinion as she was totally correct. Xrays revealed that the problem was from both arthritis, bone spurs, and a cyst which will result in surgery. He said some dermatologists would have tried to treat it which could have made it worse. I am grateful to Dr. Rodgers for her expertise and... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Rodgers for many, many years. She and her staff have treated me respectfully, and professionally. My challenges with my medical conditions have always been resolved.
Dr Rogers was very good, she diagnose my condition right away and put me on a couple of medications, but after a few days on the meds, I broke out with stinging and burning. I called the office to see if I could get my medication changed and still have not heard back after leaving 3 messages. It's so sad and rude to not care about someone who is experiencing pain, burning, itching and stinging, I have never experience a lack of care from a provider in my life like I have with this staff. One simple phone call to change my me... read more
I was never able to even see Dr. Rodgers and I’m sure she is excellent but her staff is mean and rude and very unconcerned about the patient. I actually witnessed the staff tell a man to leave and reschedule because he didn’t have a mask. They told him they didn’t have one for patients to use. Every time I visited the co-pay was higher and I was charged for a procedure that I had done with no warning . I had the procedure done in Cleveland, Ohio a couple months ago and the doctor cleared it with my insurance prior to the tre... read more
My visit went well. The prescription provided helped for awhile. As regular (not new) patient when I experienced another flare up with my skin, her staff did not try to find a way for me to be seen sooner than the end of March or even virtual. When I spoke with the nurse about having the prescription used sent to the pharmacy due the severity of my skin's condition, she refused stating that I would have to be seen but she gave me the name of the cream. What am I suppose to do with name of the cream? Write it on my skin for h... read more
Excellent experience. Dr. Rodgers was patient, efficient, and able to diagnose and treat my condition. Her staff was very accommodating. She went out of her way to find a lower cost pharmacy for me so I could get the required medication. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Rodgers and the staff are nice. But I never will be returning there. Since December 2017, I've had no luck or resolutions with any my conditions that I'm being treated for. I've never seen so much disorganization in my life. But July 2 took the cake. I was treated poorly by my her staff and I never will go back to this office.
The staff and doctor were really good but the wait time was ridiculous. Appointment was at 11:15 arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork did not see the doctor until after 12:30.
Dr. Tanya Rodgers saw my son for his eczema and we enjoyed her thoroughness and great bedside manner. The appointment was quick and efficient and the office staff was professional and easy to deal with. My son, who can be nervous with doctors, had a great experience because Dr. Rodgers took the extra time to explain what she was doing and how it would be treated. As a bonus, the office is conveniently located just off the Tollway/Beltline, with easy parking - no more parking garage at Baylor.
