I scheduled a very important appointment with Dr. Kern well over 2 months in advance of a deadline I had to make for a work wellness incentive discount on my insurance. The office called me less than a week before the appointment to reschedule and had absolutely NO spots before my deadline. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never go to this practice! They should bend over backwards to find appointment slots for those inconvenienced.
