I’m disappointed to say that I had a very difficult time with the scheduling staff at this office. Because they interrupted me several times and really didn’t listen to what I was telling them, we never really got to the bottom of what I was experiencing and I felt I was being scheduled for an unnecessary exam. To her credit, Dr. Wyse followed up with a call and agreed the test was not necessary. I will be getting an acuity test as I originally requested.
It was extremely efficient. Had better results than what they thought. Highly recommend the light sensitive lens. Plus the best part everyone was Kind.
Dr Wyse and her office are great! I Have had many visits with Taylor Linter (Dr Wyse’s PA) and she’s the best! Very kind, knowledgeable, and caring. She always goes out of her way to find a solution and spends as much time as needed to help her patients. She really cares about her patients, she’s fantastic!!
Excellent work on time great staff.
