Horrible experience with this Doctor. I am not one to leave reviews of any kind usually I will just leave things alone but this doctor has horrible listening skills and would not let me talk or ask any questions. The appointment felt so rushed after I was seen 25 minuets late. When Dr.Lipof came in she asked me all these questions which are routine to my problem but would not really answer any follow up comments or questions I had. Dr. lipoff spent very little time explaining my issue, and she was condescending about the few questions I had. She gave me a wad of papers explaining my problem (which I could’ve gotten myself from the internet), and sent me on my way. Thank goodness I found another CRS soon after who actually helped me.
This doctor has no concept of human emotions. She fails to display empathy or sympathy. She does not listen or allow me to speak or ask questions. Her written instructions are comprehensive, however, she never told me preoperatively that my surgery would result in weeks of intractable pain. I have been admitted to the hospital for round the clock IV pain management and she could care less. Horrible person. Should have her license revoked.
Dr. Lipof was a delightful surprise! She’s a cued-up specialist, very attentive listener, adept clinician + ever so thorough + down-to-earth. Right from the start - I was confident I was in good hands. She partners with you + really hears your concerns. She also chats through those concerns in a very clear, understandable + relatable way. She makes you a priority + takes the necessary time needed for your case. I was mighty impressed. It’s as simple as that!
At my appointed time, was told it will be a 15 minute wait. After one hour of waiting, I find out there are two people now ahead of me and they don’t know when you’ll be seen. Your time means nothing to this doctor and she could care less. The office will get your copay first then won’t see you

I am so happy to have found her as a doctor. She correctly diagnosed my problem. The bum is an embarrassing place and it’s great to have a female doctor too.
