Sarcastic, condescending, arrogant, and just egotistical, are the words this doctor can accurately describe this doctor. I'm coming up on a year since the demise of a loved one and throughout the entire time my loved one was in the ICU, this so called doctor was non existent. Had an appointment for 1:45 on 10-15 in Herndon office since Fairfax was allegedly booked and double booked for months. Went there and an unfriendly and uncaring female behind the desk said he doesn't work in Herndon on Mondays. She even argued with me that the appointment was for Fairfax and then didn't even have the decency to call them and see if they could take us. If the front desk is so incompetent, what does that say about the doctor?

Dr. Ehsan does not have a drop of compassion. He is ruthless and uses a lot of sarcasm when answering questions. For example, I had an MRI done and went to discuss the results. He told me the results but did not offer any treatment. At that point, I told him that I do have a severe memory loss there must be something wrong. His response was "well the MRI does not show depression do you want to know the diagnosis, ok your diagnosis is Pseudodementia. Do you want to take medication for that?"
