When I first developed strange symptoms and was kept in Fair Oaks overnight with suspicion of stroke, Dr. Ehsan came in to see me the next morning and within 5 minutes diagnosed Myasthenia Gravis and began treating me. I am so grateful he was there. I have been seeing him since. He is a very kind, caring doctor. I highly recommend him.

Had a horrible experience at Inova Fairfax and had to kick my original neurologist off my case for insinuating 'female hysteria' was my issue before the CT or MRI came back. When it came back indicating brain tumor and stenosis, I requested a new doctor. Dr. Ehsan is great. But when you try to make a payment over the phone someone from billing has to call you back. Can't make payments online they want your whole balance.
Dr. Ehsan is truly amazing and takes the time to listen before jumping to any conclusion or prescribing a medicine. In my very rare condition, he diagnosed it as precisely as possible and prepared a very effective treatment plan. I wish I could say the same thing about his practice (Dulles Neurology) and the other partner doctor who I had to see today in Dr. Ehsan's absence! Great doctor He took good care of my niece who has severe epilepsy. He was very kind and patient with her. I will chose Dr Ehsan if I ever need a neurologist.
I would have given no stars but that wasn’t an option! I can’t even begin to tell anyone how truly disappointed I am with his care! I was admitted to the hospital with numbness in upper and lower extremities for a week. I had a million dollar work up MRI’s cat scans blood work. And every day he would come in and say I don’t know what’s wrong with you all your tests are normal. He has me on a extremely high dose of steroids via IV. I was in the hospital five days . Did not pay any attention to my medical history. Gave me a diagnosis he could not support. He is a hazard and should be relieved of his duties.
