I liked the fact that the wait time was quick. The process was explained & for that reason I was calm. I am happy with the results. I am satisfied & recommend to my friends & family. Staff is very friendly from beginning to end.

As per usual a visit to this office carries with it the aura of Marriot Resort. The service is excellent by caring professionals like Dr Castillo and Ms Angie. The procedures are painless and the compassion to ones discomfort is deeply felt. I highly recommend this office to anyone in McAllen and beyond. Dr. Castillo and his assistant Julie are the best! Dr. Castillo choses the most non invasive procedures, the most convenient and less painful approach to treat his patients teeth.
It was very easy to get an appointment. Although they were booked, I was put on stand by and was able to get in the same week within days. Did not have to wait long to get seen while in the office. Very thorough in all the x-rays and exam. Very modern in all their equipment. Very satisfied with the attention and thoroughness of both the assistants and the dentist. I highly recommend this dental office.
All the personnel are excellent. I have the best cleaning job. I really recommend it.
Overall a pleasant appointment.... got in and out on Time!
