Always happy with Dr. Im...
Booked an appointment because I could not get into my primary care doctor. I felt like I was more on a sales pitch for the flu shot than at a doctors appointment. My doctor was later upset because he failed to order relevant tests but instead ordered tests that were known to be inaccurate during pregnancy.
My contacts with Dr Im and Rancho Family Medical Group have alwas been awesome. I always receive prompt and friendly greeting and Dr Im is so personable. Can't say that I have ever regretted selecting them as my medical provider. Obviously I recommend them highly!
It went very well... I've been going to Dr. Im for 20 plus years great Doctor..
Dr. Im makes our family feel comfortable and at ease with any situation. Dr. Im shows professionalism and compassion for our concerns along with finding solutions for our medical needs. Our family is large and see Dr. Im on a regular basis. Always a pleasure to be seen by him with any one of our family members.
Dr. Im is a very kind man who cares about his patient's wants and needs. He's very professional and will make all the calls to make sure his patient is taken care of.
Missed 2 calcaneus fractures, would rather chat than listen or explain. Hesitant to recommend tests so the practice won't get dinged for too many tests. Withheld permission for PSA test without another appointment because we didn't talk about it in the visit. Such poor care don't go.
He is friendly, seems competent, is very high tech, listens well, has good nursing assistance.
Does not provide patient-centered care. During a painful invasive exam, he chatted with the other people in the room (who never bothered to introduce themselves to me) about a job interview instead of talking me through what he was doing to my body. I'll never go back.
