I’ve been seeing Dr Downing for the last 6 years. Coming from doctors at Cleveland Clinic, she has certainly matched and exceeded my expectations in a doctor. I have been nothing but impressed with her expertise, ability to relay information and answer questions in an understandable way. She has at times responded directly to inquiries and made herself available to talk about test results over the phone - really going above and beyond. The adult congenital program team has been great as well.
This office, in particular the nurse treated my daughter so badly. The doctor would not even return a call or sign a simple document. Shameful!! Just Shameful!! But this behavior opened up even more doors for her!! So thank you for being SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
