WANTS YOU TO DO PROCEDURES YOU DONT NEED, IS NOT PERSONABLE, AND ASKS INAPPROPRIATE QUESTIONS. All I can say is thank God my insurance plan is up with them. To start, Dr. Johns is not personable at all. At my last visit, he asked me “is this your first time in here?” and I answered “no sir, I’ve been coming here for 15 years.” That’s pretty bad to not recognize a patient who has been coming to you for 15 years. Dr.Johns is the best, kind and professional, as are his wonderful staff.Thanks for always giving me a reason to look forward to a dentist appointment! Haha
I called yesterday because of a tooth ache I had over the holiday July 4, 2021, holiday and was able to visit with the dentist the same day due to the pain I had. I was very happy to know that an accommodation was made for me. The dentist was very nice and professional and explained everything to me. The same goes for the staff I spoke with when I called in the morning and later upon my arrival at the office. Dr. Johns is an exceptional dentist and treat me like a family member.
