Super caring, personable, explained procedure!!
The staff are very rude I was talking to them and they hung the ohone on me, what kind of doctor office? is this not willing to help people. I think people become doctors only to make money not to help patientss. I think the office staff need to have some training on customer service and it’s rude to hang up on somebody like that. I was devastated when he retired, and struggled for years to find satisfactory eye care. Finally an acquaintance recommended Dr. Handler, and I have been very happy with her care for more than 12 years now. She pays close attention to detail, and has always had competent staff. I had her remove a cyst from one eye, and t... read more
