I have degrees of added expertise in diabetes care, thyroid disorders, vitamin deficiencies and medical quality and I am an active member of the Catholic Medical Association and am pro-life. I practice the full scope of primary care and can take care of all concerns.

I have been seeing Dr. Vandenhul for over 25ish years now. She has been our family doctor for 4 generations and there is no one that I would trust more with my health care. She is responsive, always takes time to listen, ask how the family is, and take care of any medical needs that I have. She knows me very well, and makes me feel comfortable and cared about every time we interact. She will take her time to get to know you and personalize your health care.

I was with Dr. Vandenhul for several years as my GP. She was always respectful in our visits, and a fantastic listener, but occasionally gave me medical advice that I could not find substantial research to support. Largely this was related to nutritional supplements, but most notably she advised me that Testosterone-based HRT would be damaging to my liver, and that while she would refer me to an endocrinologist, she would advise me against pursuing it. No! I would not recommend Dr. Vandenhul if you want a professional and caring doctor. I think even one star is too much for the doctor who, while being on-call, reprimanded me for waking her up in the middle of the night with non-life threatening situation. I was shocked! We call 911 with life threatening situation not 'after- hours' service.
Dr V listens to me and tries to get to know my lifestyle before prescribing any new treatment plan. She has been my doctor for 14 years and always sees me on time.
She is great when it comes to listening to you and taking time with you. I have been with her for 14 years. She has been a great Dr for my children (I have two, and she's the only Dr they've seen). She is a very conservative doctor, and not willing to take any risks. Also, she won't consider VBAC (many doctors in Lincoln won't). Good bedside manner.
Dr. Vandenhul has been our family doctor for nearly 10 years. She always makes time for us within one day and no complicated run around. She delivered two of our children, and was always the person my wife seen at all her prenatal appointments. We always recommend her to family and friends.
She has been our family doctor for about 14 years now. I truly put my kids and my health in her hands. Thank you!! The only downfall is her new office and staff. Absolutely horrible. But I will stay faithful to our doctor!
