Is this the same Sunny King who lost her license in MA?
You will wait 1-2 hours every time you have an appointment, even an early morning one. You will fill out the same lengthy paperwork each time. She will read this paperwork and type it into her computer while you meet with her. She is the least professional psychiatrist I've ever seen. Has a terrible reputation with other doctors in Columbia.
Worst Dr. in the history of medicine!! Dishonest and negligent. Don't trust this Dr. with your care.
Would not recommend Dr. King. Must fill out approx 6-7 pages of paperwork each visit. She spends approximately 7 minutes with patient. Looks at computer most of the time and does not listen to what you say unless it is to dispute what you say. Her staff is unprofessional and at times plain rude and accusational. If you need medication refills be prepared to call in at least 2-3 times before anyone responds. Haven't had any issues with Dr. King. She has helped me a lot with my medication and issues. Thought it was funny to read these comments below. Most doctor's offices have a waiting room for a reason and you are responsible yourself to ask for medication refills it's no one else's job to remember that for you. Seems like these rating websites are just a place for people to go to and complain!
You are guaranteed to wait close to 2 hours just to get into your "actual" appointment that only take 5 min. Doesn't seem like she really listens to my questions/concerns. Also receptionist/Dr is negligent to actually schedule follow up appointments with out me having to go with out medication for at least 3 days, even after I've told them every time. Won't be going back to this Dr.

Don't even waste your time. I have been to this office five times now, and I fully regret each one. Completely disrespectful and not helpful whatsoever. Neither the staff or the physician care about the patients or their experience. The doctor types on her computer during the entire visit and argues with everything you have to say. When asked why she was prescribing the medications she was, she responded, "Because your previous doctor did. How am I supposed to know you as a person when I only have 15 minute visits with you?"... read more
