I have been going to Dr Reddy nearly 10 years. He is a patient kind man who listens to you. For my situation the only problem I have is he won’t do tele health. Being disabled it’s hard to pack every thing up to see a Doctor when we could’ve done the same thing via tele health.
I was a patient of his for years only saw him every couple of month for refills He was writing a script for a benzodiazepine which was needed under my conditions. Mind you he was writing this prescription for years. I walk into my next appointment and he does a medication review and says oh I can’t give you this because you’re taking that well I’ve been taking that all this time and you’re just now noticing the very last appointment was end of my rope. Very nice, caring, responsive, willing to accommodate. Could not ask for anything better in a Dr. I do not know where I would be or what I would do without Dr. Reddy
She NEVER shows up for appointments. The closest she has come to keeping an appointment that had been scheduled for 3 months was call me 6 hours late. Save yourself mental stress and abuse and go elsewhere.
Been his patient for approx. 2 years as he has Saturday hours. Changed names of company from Psych Care Consultants to Serenity Health without full disclosure to his patients. Pharmacy tried sending refill requests, with no response - FOR A MONTH. Individuals in new office are not helpful, condescending, repeats same question over and over again, all without any contact from Dr. Reddy. The doctor is clearly intelligent, but he's really just a pill-pusher. Wrote me a prescription for a $1,200, 60-day supply of a new medication, which my insurance did not cover. I tried a trial supply of this medication, along with several others, and when these medications didn't work - he simply shrugged his shoulders and said, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?"
Not Dependable, Doesn’t keep appointments (Got No Call/No Showed 5 times), Doesn’t return calls, ended up having to call off work several days because my prescriptions were not filled AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT BEEN FILLED. One time I went 17 days without my meds because she failed to call them in. I called the office everyday and they send her messages WHICH SHE IGNORES!!! I get anxiety so bad when I know my apt is coming up and my meds need filled, I break out in hives.
I'm so happy I met Susan she has changed my life she is very professional and very effective she is very well educated in behavioral health medicine..
Doesn’t keep appointments, doesn’t return calls, ended up in the ER because my prescriptions were not filled.
