Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! No, they never postpone my appointment Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic Did this provider answer all of your questions?
