Dr. Williams replaced my knees She dod a fabulous job. My knees no longer hurt. I have found her to be very competent and is always courteous.
Unprofessional. Does NOT follow up with her patients. Now having to go to a different doctor after her THREE attempts to correct the issue. Also her staff sent me home with someone else's medical file.
She’s rude to her staff and honestly thats enough for me not to want to come back
Definitely should take a course on other ppls time. Sat in a room for almost an hour with no one checking on me. I ended up leaving b4 I even got to see the Dr. Uggh. I don't live close either! 20 miles one way..... Appt wad for 10 am left at 10:59.
