I have been taking my two-year-old son to the doctor since he was born. As of last week I am extremely disappointed in these people. Their phone systems have been down for days and you cannot reach them at all unless you call after hours and you get the answering service. Not only have these people been having phone problems for quite some time now but when you complain about it they act like they don’t even know what you’re talking about . I absolutely recomend Dr.Hirata she is the most amazing pediatrician super understanding and playful with my kid's been going for 4 years now and RECOMMEND at 100% !!! It does take a bit to get called but that's about anywhere you go dr wise so i don't mind. She's super attentive patient and enthusiastic about her job.
Dr is great. The staff is nice, but sitting on hold 40 minutes for an appointment is insane, happens every time. That's the only thing they can improve on.
