This office has produced nothing but heartache and expense. Without getting too far into details, I've felt bullied and pressured by both Dr Hicks and her nurses into procedures that turned out to be unnecessary. Not only that, but the office staff do not communicate with eachother whatsoever and I repeatedly have to deal with waiting on hold and having them ignore requests. They have repeatedly misbilled my insurance and chosen the wrong medications and even pharmacies.
A horrible doctor who doesn't listen to patients or care about them!
